The Stats - Weekly Weigh-in Returns

So, it's time to put it all out there. I started the weekly weigh-in blog in 2009 but fell off as I became discouraged with the slow progress. I'm in a much better frame of mind and have found a way of eating that helps to minimize the IBS flare-ups.

I'm still following the Turbo Fire class schedule and LOVING it! The music, Chalene. . . it's a great program. About two or three days a week I sneak in a second evening workout.

Without further ado. . .here are my stats!

The GOAL and PROGRESS

Height: 5'1-1/2"

Starting Weight: 168 (11/2010 - weight before beginning my high raw diet journey; lost 6lbs then regained 2+lbs over the holidays)
Goal Weight: A STRONG 110

W1: 164.6 (01/01/11)
W2: 163.4 (01/08/11) -1.2
W3: 164.0 (01/15/11) +0.6
W4: 160.0 (01/21/11) -4 WAAAAHOOOOOO!!
W5:

That's it! See in you a week.

Thanks for passing by.Great to meet another SDA in the blogosphere. What type of IBS do you have? Don't answer if it's somewhere in your blog,I'm reading it backwards so I will get to it if it's before this particular post :-) Tried raw but it seemed to exacerbate my type of IBS.Boohoo.Plus the kids were NOT fans,LOL. Enjoying both your blogs.

Hello Thandi! I'm a combination IBS. After the initial shock of a high raw diet, my body adjusted to it really well. I've fallen from that type of eating and am suffering for it. Thanks to you for stopping by!
