So, as I mentioned
here, this website has inspired me! I made modifications to most of them and even made some of them non-vegan. In the end, they were all delicious and I'm basing this week's menu around more of
Lisa's creations.

I ate many of these dishes for many meals and was very content. Already have my list ready for this week. Can't wait!
